Lincoln Navigator: My headlights don't turn with the headlight switch.

In order to have low beams I have to turn on the light switch, turn on the fog lights & then put on my high beams. & Then I only have the low beam lights & no fog lights. Idk why this happened or how to begin to fix it

Timing chain job. Car turned over fine but timing chain broke. Replaced timing chain now no turn over. It has new battery. Every electrical components works. Cluster lighting and head lights work fine. It just won't spin over. Maybe programming issue

When pressing pedal a little far down high rev and fan noise comes on then stops when going over 30 mph but accelerates normal whole time . basically started making more noise then normally.

If I fix the driver side window motor and window regulator will I be able to roll all my windows up and down that are also either stuck down or stuck up. My driver side has buttons for all the windows so I'm thinking I can just fix that one. What do u think
