2007 Lexus RX 350: Key removed engine still running slightly

This symptom just started, I turn the key to the off position and remove it. The dash lights go off but the engine continues to run, but sounds like it's power is diminished. Reinserting the key and turning it on, the engine speed increases and runs at a normal idle.

If it is left off with the key removed, it will die out after about 10 seconds. Haven't seen this before. Any ideas for the cause?

I’m wondering how come the RX350 2010 model doesn’t have the option to share audio on the car’s speakers over the bluetooth, while bluetooth calls are available and working perfectly!

Is there a way where I can activate or add this option to the same model?

Very hard to get started and loses acceleration fairly often while driving . It's intermittent but then after feathering the peddling gas it comes back. What is the cause of this?
