Lenovo Z50-70: My laptop is not turning on

When I try to turn on my laptop it's changing adapter light is blinking and it is not turning on

Well after all the problem i face, Now theres is another problem,

This the SPECS :

Display: 15.6-inch Full HD (1920x1080)

Processor: Intel Core i7-4510U (4th generation)
RAM: Up to 8GB DDR3L
Storage: 1TB HDD ( Change to SSD 120GB )
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 840M
Operating System: Windows 8.1 (or later) (and i update it to Windows 10 22H2)

But after update the windows 10, i face a Crashing Bluescreen problem looping over and over again, I use the troubleshoot For a corrupt file, it worked for awhile..Then It Happen again..Anyone have a solution? Is i7 4th Gen not support windows 10? and my GPU does not show at the task manager.

question :
1. How to fix the Blue Screen loop after update, even i reset many time..
2. Why my Nvidia GPU and intel not showing in task manager.
