Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10: How can I fix this device

So I tried resetting my tablet after I wanted to wipe everything in it, so after it was done formatting and when I selected reboot it constantly started turning on and then started saying erasing then it shows the android bot with a red exclamation point and when I press reboot, it again repeats the process

wont reboot.followed the advice but just deletes then the android sits there with red triangle. wont go any fur

Vtec in Streatham High road, London, gave back my tablet after two months and with much trouble. He broke a piece of silver in the start button, and white spect and overheated on the left side.
