Lenovo V15-IGL: Laptop failing to boot up

I connected my laptop to an hdmi tv, from there its screen froze, i turned it off removed it from the hdmi cable, tried to switch it on but it failed to boot up. What am getting is a dark screen no evidence of boot up at the same time after switching it on the led stays on for a few seconds then laptop switches its self off.

my laptop's "Alt" keycap fell off and I've been trying to put it back on since then, I have searched for videos on YouTube but most of them have a different mechanism, I don't know if I have all the parts or I've lost any but I'm pretty sure i have them all.
