Lenovo Thinkpad P52: stripped metal screw hole

On my thinkpad under the mouse button one of the little screwholes is stripped. Don't think I can replace for a bigger screw, and pretty sure its the hole that's stripped. Is there anything I could put in the hole like Araldite or Threadlocker to form a new thread for the screw? It just makes the left mouse button a bit inconsistent and very loud.
