Lenovo ThinkPad E585: Why won't the battery charge?

My E585 wasn't turning on at all. I swapped out the battery, and now it turns on, but the new battery is at 7% (and dropping) and I can't get it to charge further, whether the laptop is on or off. Have confirmed that it won't charge even with a known-good power outlet; I also tried it with the USB-C charger that works for my partner's laptop, and that didn't help (though that could just be incompatibility). How can I figure out what the obstacle to the battery charging is? The only other thing I can think of would be replacing the charger, but I am not optimistic that will work.

Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 2: Why is the fan running constantly?

Just recently the fan has started to constantly operate (about 95% of the time). According to Task Manager the CPU is running between 5-15%, so it doesn't appear that any programs are creating a large computing demand that would cause the computer to need to cool itself.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Lenovo ThinkPad T480: My t480 blinks 3 times, the LEDs turn on and then it dies

Good afternoon, i just bought my first t480 and it was working fine just a couple hours ago. Now, i opened it, i changed the thermal paste (which is only on the chips and it doesn't touch the motherboard, so no shortcircuits are present), i added 4GB of RAM (mismatched). i tried turning it on, with the 52Wh battery they gave it to me with (so that I know it was working), with my 72Wh battery i bought and with 2 different 65W USB-C power supplies. It doesn't have an internal battery. I tried powering it on with all these different power suppliers, both with the batteries and with the PSUs only, but the power button blinks 3 times, the LEDs on the keyboard turn on, then the top LEDs on the Function buttons turn off, the caps lock LED turns off and finally the power button turns off. The fan spins fo a couple of seconds.I tried using the small reset button on the back, tried powering it on with different RAM sticks but it won't work. I also tried the power discharge method, by pressing the power button for 1 minute with and without the batteries and the Power supply. I tried powering it on with and without the CMOS battery.

Please, help me.
