Lenovo ThinkPad L430: Screen is working but app is not displaying

My laptop was working properly but I have to go outside in hurry so I just fold the screen without properly turning it off. When I opened after 5 hours the screen is displaying but app isn't displayed it's like frozen, only blank wallpaper is there no time, no apps, nothing is showing on screen. It's my 1st laptop just 2 days old pls reply fast.

Always the right click is automatically working. And the tap is not working on touchpad.

Lenovo ThinkPad L430: Laptop Crashes with weird screenflickering if charged and used

The laptop crashes, makes weird noise and the screen flickers like on the picture. It seems like this happens after around 10 to 30 minutes of using it while charging it or having it plugged in general. It may also happen without charging it I haven't yet tried that for longer but it definitely doesn't happen as fast.
