Lenovo ThinkPad E485: How do I go about re-pasting the thermals in my laptop?

Title describes. I've had this faithful laptop for about a decade and I can tell it spikes in temperatures (HWMonitor shows spikes up to 90 degrees F) and I'd like to reapply thermal paste and give it a general cleanout, but I'm not sure how. Any guidance is appreciated.
