I believe it could be the battery but I have never seen a laptops battery completely die to the point it doesn't even charge. Everything else looks good on the laptop, it has been taken care of. Charging ports look good, and have tried other Lenovo chargers as well, and nothing. Any tips on what else to look at other than the battery would be of great help.
