Lenovo Miix 2: Why can't I use both bluetooth devices at once?

I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Both of them work on their own, but when I connect them to my Miix 2 together, the keyboard disconnects a lot and will type a key repeatedly (like "eeeeeeeee") without me doing anything.

Lenovo Miix 2: Why does my charger and charger port make a high pitched noise?

I have a Lenovo miix 320 (it's a 2 in 1 laptop/tablet ) couldn't find it in the device list

Everytime when I plug it in to charge it the adapter and charger port make a high pitched noise. I started noticing issues when one day my adapter was giving off this chemical smell. A few weeks later my device would only charge to 50% then a few days ago the charger and charger port stated making a high pitched noise.

It also pulses when it chargers .I have also noticed tht when I trying to charge my device and use it the screen goes static and my device freezes.

What should I do in this situation?
