Power on but no display, the issue happened after changed the thermal grease with battery disconnected. but then after changed the thermal grease and thermal pad, it stopped working now.

Lenovo Legion Go: Right Controller RGB stuck on faint blue light after 0% shutdown

I ran into a really frustrating issue with my Lenovo legion fo right controller and I need some help.

My Lenovo Legion Go died( hit 0% battery and shutdown forcefully). I plugged the charger in and turned on the device back on immediately.
Ever since reboot, my right controller‘s joystick is stuck glowing a hfaint blue light( only on the right side of the ring). The left controller works normally and responds to RGB Color changes. The right RGB ignores Lenovo Space and even if i turn off the RGB, the faint blue light stays on.

The controller is 100% functional otherwise.

What I have tried so far:

pinhole reset
calobration mode
holding Legion R + RB + RS to force a hardware reset, but nothing changed
Completely power off the Legion Go
Check for controller firmware updates

Is my RGB driver chip permanently fried from the voltage drop or something else ?

I have a lenovo legion go for 9 months and I don’t have any issues with it at all suddenly it won’t charge anymore with absolutely no problems before what is going on?

Initially when I press the power button I noticed it turns on for like 4 seconds but no display and when I touch CPU heated up very with in 4 seconds Windows pls has anyone faced similar issue and fixed.

I was trying to clean the dust near the edges of the display and might have used too much water. I assumed the display was sealed with glue......but water got water .....since it is LCD can I just open it up like old ipads with LCD display ?I found out that official parts only replace with whole housing. Everything is still working just the water moisture..
