Power on but no display, the issue happened after changed the thermal grease with battery disconnected. but then after changed the thermal grease and thermal pad, it stopped working now.

I was trying to clean the dust near the edges of the display and might have used too much water. I assumed the display was sealed with glue......but water got water .....since it is LCD can I just open it up like old ipads with LCD display ?I found out that official parts only replace with whole housing. Everything is still working just the water moisture..
