One time i haven't used my laptop for almost a month, and when i finally use it it takes a long time to boot even when i force to restart my laptop, but if i charge my laptop to full it worked but still takes approximately 5-10 minutes to boot up. Can you guys help fix my problem? Thanks

The physical camera shutter isn't working because I once forced it to slide open—the switch wouldn't move, but I wanted to open the camera. Now my laptop's camera is stuck closed. Maybe the physical mechanism inside is broken.
