Hi,

I have a Lenovo G50 laptop (Core i3) running Windows 10 with Conexant HD Audio. The sound was working fine but suddenly the sound(speakers) stopped working. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing the Conexant drivers etc but in vain.

Can anyone please suggest a remedy for this ?

Lenovo IdeaTab G50: Problem with laptop keyboard

When I start my laptop last icon of the desktop is automatically selected. When i click on other icons only the last icon is opened. I can open the icons if i press the ESC button and Windows key, and then refresh. But it is limited to some time only. Also webpages are scrolled down automatically till the end. I visited Lenovo service center. they told me that my Windows is corrupted so I installed Windows again but again the same problem occurring. somebody told me that I might be having problem with my laptop keyboard. Please suggest me.

I live in UK now. My laptop doesn't power on. Its only 2 years old & I had sent to Lenovo Support (Germany) for diagnosis & possible repair. They have returned the product without even notifying me what the issue is. After many emails/chat they have now told me that since the laptop is from India they don't have the part. They have still not told me what part it is.

G50-80 Laptop (Lenovo)

I system rest my laptop and now it will only go to the loading screen then it will go dark and go back to the loading page even if it is plugged in to the charger.

We have tried everything to fix it:

removed the battery and put it back in again...nothing.
held down the power botton for specified time...nothing.
tried booting it...nothing.
tried Esc 6... nothing.
a message came up andd said the issue was with the drive or the keyboard,so inorder to find out which one was causing the problem, i had to press the tiny button on the side of the laptop...still nothing.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

Playing a game, computer froze and I had to forcibly shut it down. Gave it a break and upon restart, got automatic repairs screen, but then screen goes black.

My disk drive for my Lenovo laptop recently won't work t ll. It cts like there is no power going to it at all, and won't even open or blink if I push the button to open it. I'd like to know how to get to the drive to see if maybe its something as simple ass a disconnected wire or if the drive truly is broken.

Lenovo IdeaTab G50: screen black out when not in use

My screen blacks out when not in use after short while but fails to come on till i forcefully restart my laptop. The num lock light stays on an d doesnt go off during the zone out. How can i resolve this? The laptop doent’t hibernate and thus loses power when i close the lid as it remains on but the screen is just black
