Lenovo IdeaTab A2109: Why isn't the touch screen responding?

My touch screen will not recognize that I am touching it. I can wake the device up, but it stays still on either the home or lock screen and does not let me touch anything to unlock the device or open applications.

Lenovo IdeaTab A2109: My tablet wont boot or charge

When i plug the tablet into the charger there is no response and when i try powering up i get a quick flash and vibration alhough it doesnt boot up, i have tried holding the volume+ and pressing the power button for different lengths of time and still nothing, the product is a little over a year old, it is a 'lenovo tablet pc ideatab A2109A-F' model:2290, any help would be great thanks.

My volume button isn't responding when I press the button. My tablet will not let me adjust the volume using the button on the side although I can change the volume manually on settings.

The power button on my Lenovo Ideatab A2109 is failing and will not turn the device on or off after the first press. After looiking at the tutorials available on iFixit.com I decided to proceed with the repair. Where can I find the parts that I need?
