Lenovo IdeaPad S340-14API: How do I clean the inside of this device?

It is about 5 years old and I haven't open and clean it yet. but I don't know how to open and clean it. also i heard people saying about the paste. is it the thermal paste? how do i change it? thanks

So I am doing a ram upgrade and need to open it up but it has a very unusual hexagonal shape screws. Any ideas or affiliate links to cheap screwdrivers?

and radeon Vega 10 graphics
