But the screen has zero reaction. Haven't used the computer for a few weeks. Tried to start today, then everything started. Passed 20 seconds before the message came up "your device ran into a problem" and got dark again. Now it's the same as for a few weeks ago. Why is this?

There's a nut at the end here but not sure whether that'd help with it and how to even get to it properly
