Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 4-1470: Is there a way of removing keyboard?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 510-14IKB, model 80VB. I have spilled some liquids on the keyboard and i dissasembled everithing except the keyboard. It looks encapsuled... Is there any way ot taking it out?

Like the title says, my keyboard only functions properly when the palm rest is pressed down in a certain way. Most of the time, the home row keys will not function and the other keys will work perfectly fine.

Hello,

My Lenovo Flex 5 has a blank screen when ever I turn it on. In the past I solved this by pushing the screen into place, but that no longer returns the digital display to use. It started to flicker about 4 months ago.

At first, I fixed it by bending the screen to a working orientation, then by pushing it into place. However, neither solution works now. Can I repair it, or must I replace the screen?

Lenovo Flex 3-1120: Keyboard keeps popping up onscreen everytime I click my mouse.

I have a Miix (not one of the options offered on the menu of getting to this page.) Everytime I click my mouse (whether external or touchpad), my virtual keyboard pops up on the screen. Very frustrating and time consuming as I have to close it each time before proceeding as it often covers the area i’m working on. I went to all of the settings areas related to keyboard, display, etc., but couldn’t find anything that addressed this. It just started happening today.

My Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1570 80XB keyboard has a few keys that no longer respond. I bought a compatible replacement part on Amazon. It arrived with about 20 holes in it. I thought the holes aligned with something for it to snap into place. Searching further online yields very little about replacing this model’s keyboard. One site says the keyboard is riveted into the palm rest and is not removable. Can this model’s keyboard truly be replaced? If so, how? Thanks!

I tried to see bios screen to choose boot up device then I stuck on repair mode. None of the options are working. I was gonna replace hdd to ssd but now it doesn’t even start. Do you have a solution ?

Cannot get rid of the screen that says:

Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.

File: \Boot\BCD

Error Code: 0xc0000098

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

The screen appeared when I tried to boot using a USB for system recovery option.

I'm planning on upgrading my Lenovo Flex 3 2n1 1130 laptop and I looked through some of the troubleshooting guides of the 1120 which is synonymous with 1130 and I notice that the ram slot wasn't show in the pictures. Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5-1570: Replacement battery has same part number but doesn’t match.

Ordered a replacement battery, both the replacement and the original equipment have the same part number L15M3PB0. However the tabs and the wire colors do not match perfectly to the original. Some of the tabs are the same which I can adapt with. But the wire colors are not the same which causes me to hold off. Can anyone verify that event the colors of the wires are slightly different they are in fact the same order of use?

This is not going to work as I thought. The mounting locations in the package looked like it would fit, but as I attempted to install they are not close enough.

Lenovo Flex 3-1130: Can SSD be added to eMMC laptop?

This laptop apparently has eMMC storage.

But the internal layout has empty space and connector for SSD hard drive.

Looks exactly like this.

But the hard drive space and connector are empty.

Can this be done?

If not, anyone interested in an unused Samsung 250mb SSD? ha ha
