Lenovo A7: Why won't my Lenovo A7-40 power on?

Hi.

I have a Lenovo Tab A7-10

My tablet is less than a month old.

My problem :

I can not switch on.

The tablet keeps vibrating and showing the Lenovo boot screen and screen goes back to black and start all over again.

I tried many methods including the 20 secs power button.

Or plugging the tablet for quite some time.

Only to see the same results.

Any help ?

Hello.

Yesterday I have bought this Lenovo tablet 2 a7-30.

when I try to turn it on, it shows the Lenovo logo and then it shows black screen for about 5 minutes and then it shuts down.

I can access the recovery and I tried to factory reset it however that didn't help.

Also when the tablet is charging, it shows the battery icon but the whole screen is glitching and is showing random colors and lines.

any idea how can I fix it?

I've been excited that my classmates have a higher version of Android, They asked me if what is my Android Version. Then I saw my version that it was old. its 4.4.2 then after that they have told me to try to check for updates in the settings. So there, I saw a update then it says Do you want to Update It Now?, Then I choose Update Now. Then my tablet starts to shutdown and it brings me to Android Recovery System. After that I tried to Reboot my system and reboot it but it still brings me back to android recovery system, After that I was tired, so i left it and i sleeped. when i woked up it doesnt open anymore.. but I left it charging for 2 hours

PLS HELP ME I REALLY LOVE MY TABLET.

PS: I ALSO TRIED TO RESET BUT IT STILLS BRINGS ME TO ANDROID RECOVERY SYSTEM

I turned my tablet on and all was working ok then all of a sudden the screen went like white/grey all over. It's not been knocked or dropped and is always protected in a case at all times. What has caused this to happen? It is only 3 months old.
