Lenovo A2010-a: Lenovo phone A2010-a Will not charge or turn on

I have a Lenovo A2010-a Phone that will not charge. Even when plugged in, the red light to signal that the phone is charging does not come on. It is cold even though i let it charge overnight it did not even power on. What do i do
