A key popped out of my computer. there's a repair guide that shows how to replace the entire keyboard, but I just need to replace the individual key. I've looked everywhere and can't find a guide for how to do that on this specific laptop. can anyone help?

Lenovo 500e Chromebook 2nd Gen: Why is the tab in my sd card slot not coming out?

There is a tab that comes with most Chromebooks that covers the sd card slot- I assume to prevent dust and such from getting in it. But everywhere I've looked on the internet they seem to have no trouble getting it out. I tried to pull it out with tweezers and more but it is meant to fit the hole completely. I don't know if it is stuck in it or something but I need a solution to get it out so I can transfer files quickly.
