Dell Latitude 110L: How to clean Laptop fan?

I noticed the fan in my laptop was not spinning properly so I removed the keyboard the EMI shield and turned the laptop on to see what the fan was doing.

Its spins for a few seconds when its first turned on and then stops.

I removed the fan to check for dust there is some dust but not a lot, so now to the question whats the best way to clean the fan?

(No fan options in the BIOS)

Latitude XT Repair: How to replace the bios battery without removing the keyboard?

I need to replace the bios battery on my laptop, but I'm not strong enough to remove the screws for the keyboard and striped them. Is there a way to replace the battery without removing the keyboard or did I ruin it?

My fell xt2 with model no pp12s power switch has stopped working. Seçondly, the laptop now turns on immediately chargeris plugged or battery inserted. Pls how do I get the switch working or stop it from coming up automatically

Hello dear i have tried all this but it didn't work i have a dell latitude xt .but when i try to turn it on the blue power button light turns one and then off once and then the battery button blinks one time in blue. Please help me its been 8 months since this problem
