Lefant m210: Docking but not recharging

My Vacuum docks and light slow blinks pink. It shows it is charging in the app but the battery remains at 0%.

I replaced the battery and exactly the same problem.

The software says it's up to date.

What to try next?

Why is Lefant M210 stopping running when my App shows that 75% battery life is available?

This vac is 15 months. It's only been used about every two weeks for about an hour. Most of the time it never runs down.

I do not have pets and its an very new home.
