I bought my daughter a Leap pad 3 for Christmas off of EBay and I don't have the parental code to add WiFi. How can I change the password or factory reset the device?

I turn on the leap pad 2 and it comes up with the leap frog logo but that is it. We do not want to erase any photo or video as that is what we need off the of table.

The microphone on my son's LeapPad Platinum won't pick up sound or rather it is extremely muffled. We turned the unit off and back on again and it is still muffled. Any suggestions?

LeapPad Explorer Tablet: won’t progress pass the “Leap Frog” screen

I have no clue when this was bought but i do know i haven’t used it in over maybe 9 years. i now have a baby niece who id love to give this to. i plugged the charger in and luckily it turned on. however it doesn’t show me the profile screen or anything past the opening screen where it says “Leap Frog”. i’m in south florida so if anyone knows someone who fixes leappads or knows a way i can do it myself please let me know!

I have bought a used LeapPad Platinum and don't know about the parent lock code. I am trying to reset by trying different approaches like 196Backspace87 296Backspace87 etc but couldn't fix the problem.

I have tried to turn on the device by pressing the power and volume up buttons together but this one also not working, it simply turns on the device and turns off, not opening any reboot/factory window.

LeapPad3 screen is black but device is on - I tried a repair and reset with the connector software from my computer but the pad disconnects when the software starts the reset. I get a [message 41] error.
