I’ve been looking for a replacement ac adapter online for hours. I can’t find any that are specific to the LeapTV system. Could you please point me in the right direction?

LeapFrog LeapTV: Why won't my leap TV factory reset

I've tried to factory reset my leap TV by following all instructions. Turn on leap TV,

Press sync button until light blinks,

Follow all instructions on screen,

but after 5mins of reset, all profiles and games are still there. Any ideas???
