LeapFrog LeapPad 2: Leappad 2 is stuck on tuning up

Leappad 2 was syncing, but then switched off due to low battery.

Plugged in again it it is now stuck on ‘tuning up-0%’

Is there anyway you can do a reset to factory settings?

When I use the stylus pen that came with my device, it appears that the screen doesn't respond to it. Sometimes it even interacts with an area of the screen that I am not touching.

LeapFrog LeapPad 2: Why does my leaped turn on but not go off of the on screen

I turn on the leap pad 2 and it comes up with the leap frog logo but that is it. We do not want to erase any photo or video as that is what we need off the of table.

This thing has been charging for hours. I’ve tried home, volume down, power. Nothing works. It may be they battery’s fault but I can’t figure out how to open it. Why is this???
