My daughters leap pad explorer 2 doesn't work anymore. Is says it doesn't have a battery when it actually does. Is there a place that does this kind of repairs? She really loves it and enjoyed playing with it a lot. We really don't know where to turn to.

I plug the unit in and charged it for 8 hours. Nothing happened. I bought this two years ago and it worked for the first three months. I just finally got around to asking why. I wish I knew a place that I could take it to.

The microphone doesn't pick up any sound at all, and I have a sneaky suspicion my child forced a needle through the hole and destroyed it. That's what they told me they did anyway… but does anybody have any ideas on finding a part number of an equivalent I could order from an electronics supplier?

My Leapfrog Leappad 2 32610 will not power on. With batteries in, or plugged into the wall with the power cord. What could be wrong with it. Maybe the on/off switch is broken? I was given this device by a friend that said it worked, but needed batteries. New batteries, and plugged in to wall with power cord, and it still does not come on. Suggestions?

The touch screen is not responding, but when I go to recalibrate it, the screen responds to the + signs, but that is the only place it recognizes touch. It is the same with the stylus. I have tried connecting it to the computer and using the repair option under settings and this, too, did not fix the problem.

Hi, just looking for recommendations of where to purchase a replacement leappad 2 screen. This instruction site is amazing. I have never tried to fix my electronics, but i just might try to replace the leappad 2 cracked screen.

It boots up but the screen is blank after you turn it on to play. It was dropped just before this happened so I was wondering if there was something that may have came loose inside?
