Acutemp Hemacool HMC-MIL-1: Why cant I use the key pad to type in serial number?

I had to wire a new battery harness and replace the fuses and the cord and finally got power and the key pad only lets number go down when trying to set up. Tried the combos every way but i cant get it to select and i cant use until i set type in serial number

Anaerobic Chamber: There is a loud gas leak sound from the back of the airlock.

A loud gas leak will be heard from behind the airlock, and the actual gas will rapidly decrease, causing all gas to be lost in the gas cylinder. Currently, the gas cylinder is locked and gas is supplied every few seconds once of a day to adjust the pressure in the chamber to a high level. Please let me know a solution or a way to fix it.
