LG optimus L90: My phone just stopped working

OK so... my phone just stopped working one day. I turned it back on and it gets to the LG logo screen and stays there. I have done the reset with hardkeys several times and it still does the same thing. It charges just fine. Has no damage, not even water. I don't know what to make of it. everything I have read online says to do an update on it from the home screen, but I can't get to that screen. It will NOT go passed the LG logo screen??? Any advise??? Thanx

LG optimus L90: Why is my phone not allowing me to do anything?

For some reason, my phone started acting up. It factory reset itself, and I can no longer do much. The back screen won’t change, and no matter what I do I can’t get a lock screen to actually turn on. Along with that, there’s no longer a bar across the top of the screen, meaning I don’t have access of seeing anything. I can’t access any previously opened apps either.

LG optimus L90: screen not responding to touches correctly

when i touch the screen, it doesnt respond correctly, especially with swiping and holding down on the screen. this usually happens if the phone comes into contact with moisture.

-note that the screen is cracked

-note that is has been dropped a few times but the screen was cracked by sitting down and dropping a hammer on the phone. not on purpose, obviously.

LG optimus L90: Water damage has caused strange symptoms- what could be the problem?

Hey guys,

So, I accidentally dunked my phone in a vat of sea water, and after a hour of use it has turned itself off. It was a good enough hint that I should educate myself a little, which I did and realized my folly.

The next step was to take the phone apart and assess the board for corrosion's greenish/white stains. There were a few, so I dunked the board in a vat of IPA 99%, wiggled it for a little while, wiped of with a soft brush and a microfiber cloth, washed it off with distilled water, let it dry, and finally have inspected it again. It would seem to me that the stains were removed so I've reassembled the phone back.

After charging the battery and powering the phone on I've gotten some strange results:

:

:

:

:

-When you press the 'ON' button for a few seconds the screen remains black but after a certain wait you get the lg reset music and a vibration.

-If you touch the 'home','back' or 'settings' buttons for a few seconds, the phone vibrates.

-If you touch the black screen for a few seconds, then sometimes the phone vibrates and sometimes it doesn't.

-Occasionally if you touch the screen the speaker would make a clicking sound (like with regular pressing).

- At my first power on the phone started to play the last youtube video I was watching, but after removing the battery it has stopped doing that.

- At my first power on when the youtube video has started playing, I couldn't control anything else, but I think I could rewind he video... or maybe i couldn't and for some reason it was on a loop (like some piece of information stuck in the ram and replaying itself over and over).

/

I'm not sure where the problem could lie and ordering spare parts for no reason is too expensive.

If it's the screen that's short circuited then why does it still respond to my touch?

If its the logic board, then where exactly could be the problem? Is there a way to check which component on the board is not right? Maybe somehow with a Voltmeter?

I would like to use that specific phone in order to recover my files and contacts.

Thank you very much!
