The only help I have seen so far is that I can buy a whole new sled at a 50% premium of buying a whole new Bluray player. This seems silly to me as the part can be removed and seems like a 10cent part.

Currently considering gluing the existing part and/or learning to create a 3D model and 3d print this part. The attached photos show the broken part and one that shows where it should go. This is a Sony part, apparently.
