LG Treasure: What’s wrong with the reset function?

So I just recently found my old LG treasure and tried to open it, but couldn’t remember my password. I did a reset with the power + volume down. Upon trying to set up my phone again, I put in my email and password, it says it is connecting to my account then brings me back to the screen where I put in my email. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I have been searching for months to find a solution for my problem, my phone is completely dead it wont turn on the screen is blank and I cant hear it vibrate or anything I have tried using 50 different chargers and that didn’t work and I have tride letting it charge for 24 hours and it still would not do anything I have tried buying a new battery and that didn’t work. Please help.

I was browsing YouTube having a hard time getting songs to play so I switched to another music app where I was able to get some songs to play & suddenly I lost all sounds. I was connected to bluetooth but not using the mp3. I was using earbuds at the time. I checked all the volume levels plugged & unplugged buds turned phone off & on 2 times. Please help me thank u
