My phone is blank with a black screen and all it is saying is ui system not working but it won't come off the screen I have tried turning my phone off as it says to reboot it but ui system still comes back on it won,t let me do anything at all how can I get it off .

I had my screen replaced recently. I just noticed that, when making or receiving phone calls, I can’t hear if the screen is lit up.

I dial, phone goes black, but I can hear. But if I touch the screen and it lights up, the volume cuts out completely.

Also, I can’t put calls on speaker and the ringer doesn’t ring. Vibrate does work.

I think that the LG company needs to know how the stylo 1 works and what a disappointment it is. Mine was only few months old and it won't go past the LG start screen I've tried everything under the sun it's frustrating cause I paid pretty Dollar for it brand new from Boost mobile. I'm single mom that's on a budget and was told LG was best out there. I want some answer please!

I bought a lg stylus 2 from dubai 700 AED

it was working very fine but after week a line in the screen started to appear and things started to open automatically on their own. some time line in the screens disappears and everthing works fine and after 2 or 3 mins it appears again and messes things up have uploaded pictures in the link have a look please..thanks
