LG Refrigerator LRMVS3006: My LG model LRMVS3006S is not cooling properly

I have the fridge temp set to 33˚F and freezer set to -5˚F. Fridge temp remains at 40˚F. Fridge has been powered on for the last 48 hours at these settings. Was off due to LG tech request to defrost prior to visit.

LG Tech was here to replace parts after I made the same issue known to LG. He replaced the compressor and some other parts that are at the bottom of the fridge. Says the fan is good.

I don't know where to go from here. Other than return it to Costco and get another one or a different model.

Was purchased mid July 2024.

I know that 33˚F is not the proper temp to leave this at, I just set it there to get to the actual temp that I want that would be 37˚F. I do have a question regarding the temperature range. What should be the range of temps if set at 37˚F? Say 37˚F to 40˚F or should it remain stable at 37˚F?

Why is my lg fridge not cooling after I have replaced the condenser cooling fan , compressor seems to be working and condenser cooling fan working as well but evaporator fans are not
