The refrigerator is not cooling and none of the lights come on (control panel / door light). no noise. I plugged it in to a working outlet - still nothing. The manual references an “off control setting, but I cannot how to turn that on or off. The other troubleshooting said it might be in the power supply - i haven’t found what/where to test there.
