LG Phoenix 2: Phoenix 5 How to remove the speaker to replace it?

I have 2 Phoenix 5 phones and one is fine but the other has a fried speaker that sounds bad and pops. I mentioned it to the seller and they offered me a partial refund, which I used to buy a new speaker. On this phone, it is part of the plastic cover for the motherboard so I need to remove the broken speaker.

How would I remove the bad speaker from the plastic part? I'll take photos of the frame later, or tomorrow when I have a chance.

Hi,

So recently I dropped my Phoenix 2 and the lcd and digitizer don't work anymore? All I need to do is recover my data off the phone. USB debugging was also disabled. I also have a phoenix 3 at home. I was wondering if the LG Phoenix 2 and LG Phoenix 3 screens are interchangeable. At least just to get my data off of it.

I dropped my phone and it is showing flashing colors when i turn it on and it won’t stop after i dropped it it has not worked and the only thing it does is vibrate when you hold down the turn on button and then, flashes to bars of color and that is it. i have no idea what this is, please help me.

so about a week ago i was at home on my phone my hands were getting sweaty so i put my phone down and went to dry them about an hour later when i come back to my phone it has these big jumbo black dots on it i can some things on my phone. its annoying how can i get this off my screen?...
