LG Optimus G: Phone Does Not Go Into Factory Reset Mode (Hard Reset)

i have a Lg Optimius G LS970. The Phone Locked me out and is asking for Email and Pass-code. Unfortunately i do not have my info, I am attempting to do a factory Hard Reset, however while holding down the Volume Down Button + Power Button, the Phone goes to the LG Boot Up screen and then shuts off. if i let go of the buttons the phone just boots up completely and takes me to the screen that asks for email and pass-code. Any Form of help would be nice, Thank You -

LG Optimus G: My touch screen doesn't work after dropping it?

My floors are concrete covered by wood paneling. My phone (LG Optimus G) slipped off of my bed and landed face first, completely shattering the screen. It turns on and off and the screen is normal looking, but the touch doesn't work anymore. I can't unlock it or anything. Can I get it fixed or is it just cheaper and easier to replace it? Will my warranty and/or insurance on it cover it?

I made sure that the battery was probably installed into the phone but the phone still won't turn on whenever I press the power button. Charging the phone doesn't seem to help either.

LG Optimus G: How to get back the IMEI

My LG Optimus G has lost the IMEI after dropping from the chair. The IMEI in My Phone Identity menu said "Unknown" and so did the IMEI SV. The networking is normal, I can access the internet but I cannot have the phone call although the phone has simcard and memory card. My floor is made of ceramic. What can I do to repair my phone.

A repair shop told me that the hardware is the cause, not the software. But they don't have this kind of hardware.

If the hardware is the cause, could you please let me know what is it, what is the product code, eg, so that I can identify it and buy it online.

LG Optimus L5: Why my LG E612 won't start?

Hello

I have an LG E612 mobile, and when I press the power button I get stuck on the LG logo forever!!. When I plug it to the charger it is charging fine (while OFF).

The hard reset doesn't work.

I can't enter safe mode.

I can't enter emergency mode.

I can't root it because it won't communicate with the PC as it is not starting.

I have tried a lot of procedures to root it but with no success.

I restarted phone. When it came back on stays on lg homescreen and none of the buttons will work. I took battery out and replaced. Button works then to turn phone on but then still stays on home screen and buttons still don't work.

Hello I just recently replaced my LCD display and touch screen as a unit and all the touch commands are about a half inch off from where I selected.. Where is the option to calibrate the touch screen display? I have tried multiple hard and soft resets.

The tiny piece in the image came off, I fixed it with some superstrong glue and pressed the contact on both side down. Before try to recharge it I would like to know if there is danger, could it oxidize? and if yes, There is something that I can put on to isolate it from the air?
