Hello I just recently replaced my LCD display and touch screen as a unit and all the touch commands are about a half inch off from where I selected.. Where is the option to calibrate the touch screen display? I have tried multiple hard and soft resets.

My friend gave me his old phone. I asked him to reset it when he gave it to me. When I turn it on, an activation screen comes. I can't get past the activation screen because I can't click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the screen. What do I do?

My front camera refuse to work. Every time itry lunching it, it freeze for a minute and says" camera unexpectedly stop, restart " even apps like snapchat don't work. But the back camera is working greay. Why might be the reason and how can I fix it?

The loud speaker on my LG Optimus G pro sounds muddy when I try to play music from apps like Spotify. It is hard to explain, but the music sounds muddy and then has a crackling effect when it gets loud or there is a lot of bass.

I tired restarting the phone and using different apps, still the problem persists.

HI, I have an LG-E980,a friend of mine dropped my phone and it just blacked out, so when I plugged the charger in, only the two button beside the home button lit up, but now they wont even light up, I have since then replaced the charger port flex, bought a new batter and a new screen and still nothing….what could be the problem? Oh yea, I’ve done and re done the procedure about four times to make sure everything was plugged in correctly and still cant get any response out of the phone….Could there be something wrong with the main board itself?

LG Optimus G Pro: Phone is AT&T Unlocked but only Tmobile Sims works?

I have a lg optimus g pro phone that is at&t unlocked. When I insert my tmobile sims it works fine. I tried inserting a sims card for h2o wireless and airvoice ( both are mvno that use at&ts network), and neither one work.

I have a tmobile unlocked LG V10 and again the h2o wireless and airvoice wireless sims cards dont work.

I tried both sims on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (Metro PCS unlocked), and the sims card did work.

What gives?

touch screen will work in some areas, bottom of phone wont work except for charging, chips in frame, and screen is cracked in places

Hi. I've had this phone for over a year and this hasn't happened to me yet. So one day I plug my e980 to charge and on the next morning I go to unplug it and noticed that it work turn on (it was shut off). Whenever I would try to turn it on I just get the LG logo screen with the flashing keypad and then it suddenly turns off and repeats itself. Please help.

I replaced the glass digitizer on my Lg Optimus (e980), it has a display from my screen but I can't move anything with swipe or pressing as though my digitizer isn't working. Should I have applied adhesive directly on the face of the glass before applying to the lcd? I only placed it around the frame. Please advise.
