LG Optimus F60: Why is my front camera showing up black on my screen?

I try and open my front camera and all that shows on my screen is black. What is going on?

Is there anything I can do to help my phone run faster? It takes a while for it to load any web pages or apps.

My screen is cracked and there are lines all across my screen. The picture is distorted. How can I go about replacing my screen and digitizer?
