Hi, i recently got this phone and after installing a few ringtones the phone start acting very slow, so i decided to follow (advice) and reset the phone, now it stuck in setup wizard on the add google accounts screen and to no avail have i been able to get out of that wizard plz help.

when I open my message app the screen is blank. I can go to contacts and see each one individually but the current message thread from people is missing. worked fine until a few days ago. Another odd thing, not sure if related, wifi turns itself off randomly.

In the last few months my phone will power it's self off when I go to make a call or text, or sometimes my messages won't go thru for a few minutes or at all then power off, plus sometimes when it comes back on I lose messeges or contacts, please help me or have some kind of answered! when I try to turn on the phone it only gets to the LG screen and plays the first few notes of the start up tune then it goes black and starts this all over again and again. I have to take out the battery to stop it. I have done a hard factory reset but it didn't help. I have charged the battery all the way also.

Hello, my navigation stopped working a week ago or so, it says no route found. The GPS appears to be working. I noticed when I send a text it’s saying 6 messages not sent, but they are being sent. My main concern is the navigation not working. Any help is appreciated.

My phone is on a black screen. I turned it off for 24 hours. The next day i turned it on it was on a black screen but still working. It glows on a black screen when i turn it on. Everything works but the screen.

I have set my screen time out at 5 minutes. After that, the screen goes dark and remains so even if I receive an incoming call. This prevents me from seeing who the call is from or even responding to it! The screen will come back if I "tap" the on/off button, but this wipes out the call. Sometimes the screen will come back if I strike the side of the phone.

I can't find anything in the user manual to address this problem. Can anyone help?
