HELP! I would really appreciate any advice on how to repair this myself. See the above picture - Note there are no breaks/cracks in the exterior screen.

I've had this monitor for years (out of warranty) and it otherwise works flawlessly. Would really appreciate a "how-to" or if you could point me in the direction of resources that could guide me on how to do this. Thanks!
