LG L Bello: USB charging port broken off completely

Yesterday i tried to walk away from the wall while the charger was still in my phone the metal line inside the charger port broke off and now the inside of the charging hole is just empty how do i fix this or should i send it to a proffesional

Phone was drained with rice and heater, but display is black and its touching.
