I do not have the previous account information. I have already tried the following manual methods without success:

1. Gboard Settings method: The keyboard settings icon/popup does not lead to the Gboard settings or Help & Feedback.

2. Accessibility/TalkBack method: Drawing the "L" or accessing Help & Feedback through TalkBack settings is blocked or doesn't open the browser.

3. SIM PIN method: Swiping down on notifications after entering the SIM PIN does not allow me to access the settings or a browser.

It seems my device is on a newer security patch that has closed these common loopholes. Is there a newer manual workaround for this model, or is a PC-based MTK tool the only remaining option? Any advice from the community would be appreciated!

Still question to be asked, Any one want to try to repair it? there was no Sim card in phone so no method of contacting owner to wipe less we want to do ADB.

Shortly thereafter I learned LG was departing the phone business, so LG is no longer offering support. My phone's current version is Android 10, and I am not able to update apps. (I get bounce backs stating "cannot update.") The hardware is solid -- works great. I terminated my phone account because the phone portion was not working (they did insert two new SIM cards to no avail). I can access internet with WiFi only (e.g. at the library). I do not have a home router nor do I want one. I can call 911 and also use the camera, calculator, and some other features, so I always carry it. Is there a way I can install the latest version of Android (13?) so the phone can be fully functional? If so, I would reinstate my Spectrum account. For budgetary and environmental reasons, I WANT TO AVOID BUYING A NEW PHONE.
