Was going for a walk earlier and they suddenly they just got very quiet even with the volume all the way up. Even when on the highest volume setting they only play at a very low volume compared to before they did this.

My blutooth headset's left earbud is not working properly. It is because the wire is loose I guess; sound just comes when I'm not moving. If I move from one place to another the sound just comes and goes. I don't know if I can open the earbud and fix it. Can anyone help me?

I was going swimming and I didn't know they were on my neck. They ARE sweat proof but I guess not this time. I tried turning them on after I got out, but they vibrated for about 3 minutes before turning off completely! What do I do?!

I've only had these since yesterday but they've already broken. I was using them and readujusted my position. While doing this the right earbud played sound that going faint and then just cut out. Its happened with my phone and iPad so it's clearly not the device. What do I do as someone who has 0 experience with this kind of thing?

Edit: The functions of the right side buttons still work just fine. It's just an audio issue.

I had this pair of earphone since Christmas and has been working fine, but all of a sudden I cant hear the music, I checked everything on the device the Bluetooth still connects to my phone and charges well, but I have to move the wires around and you can hear a faint sound but has to be in a certain position, I was told to open up the earpiece but I have no way too open, need help!!!!!

My LG headset has earbud wires that, due to use and flexing, the conductors within the insulation have broken on one side. I don't mind a little disassembly and soldering, but these wires are very flexible and very fine-gauge conductors. Anyone know where I can find a good source for these wires to try out a repair?
