LG G Watch: How can I flash my LG watches's system?

I inherited an old LG watch which I would like to revive. I have been told that I could just flash its system BUT...

it is not recognized by my computer which does not see it,
while on charge, the watch's screen only display the charging screen and the LG screen and although I swipe this screen several time in any possible direction, nothing changes...

Any ideas?

I am missing a contact post on back of my watch it will not charge. LG wont repair as its out of warrenty, where can I find parts to repair it myself or someone to do it? Its a LG G W100

My lg gw100 watch was working till last night properly.. i kept the watch in the tray and confirmed that it was charging , morning i found the black screen, watch kept in the tray with the charger plugged in and the watch is not responding. Now i want to confirm that there is defect in the watch or in the cradle.For this i should know the different pin voltages,then cradle defect can be confirmed, then battery of the watch can be attacked. There is no response from the reset/power button also as there is no charge in the watch.
