Update. Ive gotten the password for retail mode and its L310MC570G, someone posted it on this site. So i can do more than i could before with this phone, download apps music etc, the thing is though id prefer if retail mode wasnt on here at all anymore. Cause there are still some things i cant do even if i put password in, it says see store manager to unlock or something around those lines. My question i guess is how tf do i get that off my phone

Hi everyone,

I have problems with the audio input of my LG G8ThinQ. First, I try to understand the problem better to check if there are any possibilities to fix it.

The audio input does not work with phone calls, neither normal nor with speakers. It also doesn't work with a cabled headset but works with Bluetooth headphones. It also does not work while recording videos, I tried it with both cameras.

I already read that in cases where both microphones don't work, it is unlikely to be a microphone-hardware problem. This would make sense to me since it also doesn't work with a cabled headset that has its own microphone. But does anyone know more about this? Is it software-related? I already tried rebooting and resetting the phone, but with no improvements.

bei meinem LG G8 ThinG funktioniert das Mikrofon nicht mehr. Mir geht es zunächst darum, das Problem genauer zu verstehen.

Die Toneingabe funktioniert nicht beim telefonieren, weder im Telefon noch im Lautsprecher. Auch die Toneingabe über ein Headset mit Kabel funktioniert nicht. Allerdings kann man mit Bluetooth Kopfhörern telefonieren.

Die Toneingabe funktioniert auch nicht beim aufnehmen von Videos, bei beiden Kameras nicht. Ebenso beim aufnehmen mit dem Audiorekorder nicht.

Ich habe gelesen, dass es sich in so einem Fall vermutlich nicht um ein Hardware-Problem des Mikrofons handelt - macht für mich auch nicht so Sinn, wenn die Audio-Eingabe über Headset mit Kabel auch nicht funktioniert. Wenn es sich um ein anderweitiges Problem handelt, was könnte es sein und wie wäre es behebbar? Jemand Ideen? Neustart und zurücksetzen auf Werkeinstellungen habe ich schon probiert, hat sich aber nichts verändert.

I recently got a LG G8 and it has retail mode on. I tried using package disabler pro, and whenever i factory reset it by holding down the power keys and all that stuff and i always get a white screen the it boots back up like noting happened. And i know the pin(103729) and the password.(L310MC570G) Can somebody help me?

When a call has been received the ringtone will play, and the phone vibrates. The display for a incoming call only appears when the phone is on and in use. How do I fix this?
