LG Dishwasher - LDT7797: Power is fritzing after each cycle

I can unplug my dishwasher, then plug it back in. It will run, and then when I open it to unload, the power starts fritzing out. Like it blinks over and over, and beeps over and over. Nothing we does stops it except unplugging it. Had a repair guy come out, he said power cords were loose and he tightened, issue didn’t resolve. I read in a forum maybe replace the power cords, so I did. Seemed resolved for like a week or two, now it is back. Found an old answer on here where they took it apart and they were taking apart the unit and the control panel and it turned out that was loose. Wondering if I should try the same.
