LG 29UM58-P: LG G34W-10 flashes on for a frame then goes black?

Whenever the monitor is powered on or a display setting is changed the display with show one frame and then go black. It's still on and active just instantly goes black.

Tried new cables both power and display, new ports, restarting pc and reinstalling drivers.

I saw a post on a forum that says the issue sounds like the inverter is probably bad although a different monitor. Ebay only has three boards listed as available. A power supply board, main board, and control board. If it's a hardware failing issue which would be most likely the issue?

I am aware it's a Lenovo. Both start with an L. Same thing to my caveman brain
