LFFH20F3QM0: My door won’t seal, see below

I’ve have this freezer for many years (I’m guessing 8 or 9) and it has been a wonderful freezer all these years. It’s kept in a sunroom against the back corner wall of my home that leads out into a screen room so it’s outside the house but not outside in sunlight or direct heat. We live on the Gulf Coast so our temperatures do get very high. We seldom opened it and it has been locked all its life. I noticed water in front of the door recently so we unlocked it to find a large wall of ice and icicles but all the food was frozen hard even small things like kool aid popsicles. We could see the gasket didn’t appear to be meeting the box at the bottom so we locked it back and ordered a gasket. We changed the gasket and now the gap appears to be even higher on the door. It’s like the door is warped but if so, it’s not visible to the eye. There’s no adjustment points that can be adjusted and I’m at a loss. Any thoughts?
