LED Christmas Lights: What's the easiest way to fix this simple Christmas bulb issue?

We have a beautiful wreath we put up every christmas. Two wires go into each bulb but a part of the housing broke off and one of the wires came out. I did put the wire back in but it flickered. Should I buy conductive adhesive and what if they still flicker? Any suggestions on a better fix?

LED Christmas Lights: Why does a selection of LED lights only work in one color

I have a beautiful prelit LED Christmas tree that we love that we bought a few years back at COSTCO. With a push of a button, it changes to coloured lighting or to clear. Unfortunately, there are sections now that only work well when switched to clear lighting. And then others that still flicker a bit even then.

I've fixed incandescent light strings before... they're a cinch... but this has me baffled! Has anyone here had any success fixing the lights on a tree like this??

Note that this tree only has one plug. Each section passes power through the place where the trunk connects.

I have a LED Christmas light tester... but it's not much help. And frankly... I don't understand why only one color would work.

Thanks!

LED Christmas Lights: LED string lights stopped working after I changed the colour order of

I see that this is a very old post so I am just praying that someone sees my comment and can help me sort out what went wrong with the light strands I was working on. So I plugged both sets in at different times, and each worked fine. Then I unplugged and began to rearrange the colours. I was careful of course but there were times when I did run into an issue where this or that bulb wouldn't fit into the spot or spots I wanted that specific bulb colour to go. I can't recall the original colour order now--I didn't think I would need to. And not yet found anything helpful online. Things about these lights are odd. 1)The strand has 2 of those torpedo shaped fuse link things--In all the years I have been hanging mini lights never seen these fuse links. 2)These strands warn not to exceed 75 lights in total/combined--never heard of a strand having a max of 75 bulbs, especially when the strand oddly already has 72! 3)I have never heard of a light strand that could not be plugged into several others at the same time! 4)Where is it written that bulb colour order cannot be switched around? These 2 strands were otherwise in excellent condition before I moved the bulbs around. These are green wired, indoor, 3amp, 20v if memory serves, led, the pin is oddly shaped but easy to know which way to line the bulb up for rentry as there is a tiny clasp to indicate which way is the correct way. The bulbs are shaped like incandescent mini lights minus the nip tip but these have a diamond pattern or texture and are plastic not glass. Each has a male and female end. All tags are attached yet cannot find brand name, nor can I recall where I purchased. Maybe the correct colour order will fix these strands? My finger tips are already raw from earlier so unless someone knows of a for sure fix I won't be doing anymore to these strands. Thanks in advance.

LED Christmas Lights: Dual white / color strand, colors quit working but white still works

On my strand of lights that can be switched between white and colors (same bulbs), the colors are suddenly very very dim, almost look to be out, but when set to white, they’re very bright. What would cause just the color option to quit working? How do I troubleshoot this?

LED Christmas Lights: Color changing Christmas lights won’t change to white lights

I have pre-lit garland that uses color changing led lights. Each strand contains a controller that allows you to pick a multi colored display or a white display of lights. The entire strand will light in multi color but will no longer light in white. When using controller to change to white lights, the entire strand goes dark.

LED Christmas Lights: Section of LED christmas lights are dim

I have a 60ft string of white LED Christmas lights and a small section of the lights are dimmer than the others. Approximately 30ft are good and bright then about 10ft are dim and then the other 20ft are good again.

All the bulbs are working and are very consistent in brightness including the ones that are dimmer.

Any ideas on fixing them, would like to fix instead of replacing the whole thing.

LED Christmas Lights: Half of LED lights have failed when the temp went below 30f

I have many 60' strands of LED lights on my house and a 22' tall blue spruce. They looked gorgeous. However, as the temperature has recently plunged to near 25f after a long period of warmer temps here in Knoxville, I have many strands that failed on the same cold night. Most have sections in strands where no lights are lit. I have one strand that is very dim. I have tried to use the volt meter and replaced bulbs I thought were bad. I was getting some strange intermittent voltage readings so I'm wondering if some sockets are suspect. I have never seen this type of issue going into colder temps. any help?
