Kyocera Android Phone: Disassembling the Hydro Reach?

I dropped and damaged the screen of my Hydro Reach and determined that I need to replace the LCD digitizer. I found one on ebay.

But I have NO CLUE how to go about actually assembling that if and when I order it. When you open up the back of the Hydro Reach, it is fully covered with only access to the SD and Sim cards. The battery is enclosed inside. So, there's no obvious screws with which to open up the back.

I've searched high and low for guides on this specific phone and have only found ones for the other Hydro's that do not have this enclosed design like the Reach.

Please help!

Kyocera Android Phone: External Speaker Volume for Tones/Talking almost out Hydro Icon

My Kyocera Hydro Icon external sound volume for all ring/notifications, Alarms, Music, and Most importantly audio for phone call conversations when choosing the speaker phone option just went to a low volume. I have had the phone for 1 year and tried all the usual adjustments with no luck. Searching the web I find others with this problem but not one concrete answer. Next step is a factory reboot. Have not done so as the only way I can find to save my contacts is to send them to Google in the sky. Not Interested.

Any other way to save them, and, any better ideas as to how this situation should be corrected?

Kyocera DuraForce PRO: Updated with pics, what typ of bit fits screws on front speaker grill?

Kyocera Dura Force Pro 2, there are 2 screws below screen holding metal speaker grill to phone. They are a security bit of sum type, but I can't find a driver bit to fit them. Judging by the cap this bit is probably going to look like a socket more than a driver bit. There is a small gap that a thin walled socket could fit (maybe). I've bought every micro driver bit set I could find. Everything from jewelry repair to gunsmithing & no luck. Maybe a proper name of cap screw would help. Thanks for looking, any educated answers are appreciated.
